FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE )– Fresno State (3-3, 1-1 MW) will travel to Reno to face Nevada (3-4, 0-1 MW) on Friday. The ‘Dogs are looking to snap a two-game losing streak when they face their conference foe.
Fresno State and Nevada will meet for the 56th time in program history this week. The Bulldogs have won their last three games against the Wolf Pack dating back to 2021.
The ‘Dogs are coming off a 25-17 loss to Washington State, QB1 Mikey Keene threw two interceptions, including a costly pick-six. Interim head coach Tim Skipper is focused on protecting the football moving forward.
“The challenge for us is we have 24 hours less of preparation time in all phases of everything. We’ve got to get on that field and we have to shake off the last game. That’s what Bulldog football is. It’s about working hard and showing up on gameday. That’s what we are and that’s what we’re gonna do” said Skipper.
Kickoff in Reno between the Bulldogs and Wolf Pack is scheduled for 7:30 pm. The game will be broadcasted on CBS Sports Network.
