OKLAHOMA CITY – Three people were arrested early Tuesday morning after leading officers on a pursuit and then a foot chase. At around 3 a.m., the pursuit began near Southeast 59th Street near Santa Fe Avenue, and it ended west of downtown Oklahoma City after officers spotted a stolen car on a camera that tracks license plates.
