After nearly a year of anticipation building up to its local debut, Portillo’s announced its arrival in the Houston area with a grand opening slated for Oct. 22 in Richmond. The beloved Chicago-based chain will bring its Windy City favorites – hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, burgers and more – to the Grand at Aliana, 11005 West Grand Parkway South. It will be Portillo’s first Houston location and seventh in Texas.
