AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A suspect was arrested on Tuesday after being accused of aggravated assault and kidnapping in Augusta, according to authorities. A 21-year-old man is in custody in connection with a shoot-out that sent a bullet into an apartment with four kids inside, according to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
