HOUSTON, Texas – The Houston SPCA’s Emergency Response Team is set to deploy to Tampa, Florida, on Tuesday to assist with disaster relief efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The team will embark on a 1,000-mile journey to help SPCA Tampa Bay manage an overflow of animals in need.
