SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A woman was struck by a bullet after her home in central Sioux Falls was fired at on Tuesday morning. According to Sioux Falls Public Information Officer Sam Clemens, the incident happened just before 1 a.m. in the 300 block of North Fairfax Avenue.
