FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WSET) – School leaders in Franklin County are preparing to rezone the school district months after closing two schools at the end of last school year. During Monday night’s Franklin County School Board meeting, the board and Superintendent, Dr. Kevin Siers, were informed about the future of the school division and that rezoning was back on the table.
