CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – After weeks of dealing with sewage water leaks into their apartments, tenants at the Ericsson Apartment Homes had enough. “It’s horrible that we have to live like this, and I don’t have money to go nowhere I don’t have money for a hotel,” Resident Morgan Perkins Payne said. “I have to send my kids to their friends to take showers.”
