Prosecutor: Juvenile crime is huge problem, Maryland’s philosophy on justice is changing

A Maryland prosecutor is concerned about juveniles already under state supervision committing more crimes while on ankle monitoring. Speaking Tuesday morning on WBAL NewsRadio’s “C4 and Bryan Nehman Show,” Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger said crimes involving juveniles and guns are a huge problem, but he thinks the philosophy on juvenile crime is changing in Maryland.
