A fugitive on the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list has been brought to justice after a citizen contacted Crime Stoppers with helpful information. Luis Alberto Becerra, 38, was taken into custody on Oct. 5 after a routine traffic stop in Alice, a small town west of Corpus Christi in south Texas.
