Tulsa Police investigate early Friday shooting

TULSA, Okla. — Police are investigating a shooting near North Denver and Edison Friday morning.

Tulsa Police said they responded to a shooting call near John 3:16 Mission around 1 a.m. Friday.

When officers arrived, they found a victim on the ground outside the building with injuries to both legs.

According to police, the victim said he was laying under a bridge near North Denver and Edison when he got in an argument with a group of people who were being loud.

The victim told police one of the people shot him. He ran to John 3:16 Mission for help and was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said they couldn’t find a suspect or shell casings.
