If you’re unable to vote in person on Election Day, you may be eligible to apply for an absentee ballot. You can print and fill out this paper form and then mail or hand deliver it to your county election official . Only overseas and uniformed services voters can send their application forms by fax or email. The deadline to apply is 5 p.m. on Nov. 4, the day before Election Day.
