ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 )– An Albany man was arrested on Oct. 9 following a report of an assault and robbery. Kenneth Ford, 34, faces multiple felonies.

According to State Police, on Oct. 9, they received information of an assault and robbery that happened two days prior on Oct. 7. An investigation into the report determined Ford allegedly assaulted the victim, whom he knew, in a moving car while driving in Albany.
During the alleged assault, the victim sustained multiple injuries. Ford is also accused of forcing the victim to give him cash while in Cohoes.

Charges:
- Robbery in the third degree, a class D felony
- Burglary in the third degree, a class D felony
- Assault in the second degree, a class D felony
- Reckless Endangerment
After his arrest, Ford was transported to the Latham State Police Barracks for processing. He was then transported to the Albany County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
