DALLAS – Planning to be out and about in Dallas this weekend? You should expect delays as all eastbound lanes of a portion of I-20 will be closed for construction. All lanes of eastbound I-20 will be closed and detoured between Cockrell Hill Road and S. Hampton Road from 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18 to 5 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
