Pima Animal Care Center, known locally as PACC, is gearing up to sterilize some whiskers. They’re hosting a free event named Snip ‘n’ Tip, aimed at reducing the number of homeless cats by offering spay and neuter services for community cats. Set for Nov. 1-3 within the confines of PACC’s Multi-Purpose Room at 4000 N. Silverbell Road, this event isn’t a first-time affair but part of a series under the shelter’s Community Cat Trap-Neuter-Return Program (TNR), as reported by Pima County. The initiative is praised for its humane approach to controlling the cat population in Pima County.
