STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A 43-year-old Staten Island man who pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a drug raid that left an NYPD detective shot has been sentenced to prison. Anthony Marshall, who had prior convictions, was sentenced Thursday in state Supreme Court, St. George, to seven years incarceration. The sentence was handed down by Justice Mario F. Mattei.
