State records revealed that the inspection report cited Popeyes for a total of 3 violations, with one classified as high-priority and two classified as basic.

The high-priority violation involved the presence of live roaches found underneath the desk in the office area, which is adjacent to the storage area and front counter.

The basic violations included the discovery of dead roaches in the dry storage area and a gap in the exterior door that opens to the outside.
