The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has once again been recognized for its commitment to bolstering minority- and women-owned businesses. For the ninth consecutive year, the agency has earned a spot in the Arizona Million Dollar Circle of Excellence, an honor bestowed by the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and its Minority Business Development Agency Business Center, for organizations spending over $1 million annually with these businesses, as reported by ADOT. In 2023, ADOT pushed nearly $65 million toward minority and women entrepreneurs.
