PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) – A man is dead after a crash between a tractor trailer and a sedan in Northeast Portland Friday night, according to Portland police.
Officers responded to the intersection of NE Columbia Boulevard and Lombard Court to find the driver of the sedan deceased at the scene just before 10 p.m., police said.

Authorities said the driver of the semi was not hurt, and shut down the area between NE 13th Avenue and 21st Avenue for an investigation.
