Residents of Clackamas County looking for an easier path to participate in the upcoming election have just received a boost from the county’s Elections Division. A new pop-up vote center is scheduled to open inside Happy Valley Library beginning Monday, Oct. 21, just weeks before the next general election. This move is aimed at providing convenient access for voters from Happy Valley, Sandy, Damascus, and surrounding northeast communities.
