Nancy Liebman, a former commissioner and community activist recognized for her role in preserving Miami Beach’s unique architecture, will soon have a street named in her honor in South Beach. This celebration, marking her as one of the first women in the city to receive such recognition, is scheduled for Monday at Ocean Drive and 9 Street, according to the City of Miami Beach website.
