YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – The Laurel Fire Company in Windsor is asking the public’s help to find Tony Bortner, their Fire Police Captain, who is reportedly missing. The company says he’s been missing for nearly 48 hours and has had no contact with anyone, something that is reportedly out of character for him.
