CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WKRC) – A woman was arrested after she allegedly used a “child under the age of 10” to steal over $1,000 worth of items from Target. Target employees notified Cape Coral Police Department on Oct. 12 about a theft that occurred the day before, according to a press release from the department.
