GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Hurricane Oscar will pose a threat to parts of Cuba and the Bahamas for the first half of the week. After rapidly developing and strengthening into a hurricane late Friday into Saturday, Oscar is bearing down on eastern Cuba tonight. The Category 1 storm will continue to track westward tonight through Monday, gradually weakening over the rugged terrain of eastern Cuba.
