PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A man suffers a gunshot wound following a shooting incident on Jefferson Street in Portsmouth.
On Sunday, Oct. 20, Portsmouth police responded to a report of a shooting in the 2300 block of Jefferson Street at around 5:30 p.m.
Upon arrival to the scene, officers found the victim suffering from the gunshot wound and transported him to a local hospital for treatment.
Two other men involved in the incident were treated at a local hospital as walk-ins.
