STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 37-year-old man from Tompkinsville who went missing on Saturday. It was reported to police that David Shapiro was last seen on Saturday, Oct. 19, 2024, leaving his residence in the vicinity of Westervelt Avenue around 11:35 a.m.
