OCONTO — The Oconto Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3071 presented a recognition plaque, certificate and monetary award to Oconto firefighter and EMT Logan Sherman during a surprise ceremony recently at the Oconto Fire Station.
Sherman distinguished himself through dedication, superior job performance and world class professionalism, according to those presenting the award. Chief Josh Bostedt spoke briefly about Sherman, stating, “although he is the newest member, Logan has demonstrated unrelenting dedication, a passion to serve the community and a positive attitude.”
The Oconto VFW Post 3071 congratulations Sherman and thanks him and entire department for what they do for veterans and the entire community.
