The City of Opelika is one step closer to upgrading Spring Villa Park with a new lodge after Tuesday’s council meeting. The Opelika City Council voted 4-0 in favor of awarding the contract for work to Toland Construction, LLC in the amount of over $3 million. The resolution also authorized the purchasing-revenue manager to issue a purchase order to Toland Construction, LLC in the amount of $3.2 million.
