MONTCLAIR/WEST ORANGE, NJ – A local woman with memory loss is being sought after last being seen in West Orange, near the Montclair border.
The West Orange Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 70-year-old Justina Banks-Freeman, who was last seen around 10:00 AM Sunday near her home at the bottom of Eagle Rock Ave, bordering Montclair.

She was wearing a white floral nightgown, a yellow and pink scarf, and blue sneakers. Banks-Freeman is 5’7” tall and suffers from memory loss. Her destination is unknown.
