Two promoted within Marlborough Police Department

MARLBOROUGH – The city has announced the recent promotions of Ken McKenzie to the rank of lieutenant and Mark Ney to the rank of sergeant. McKenzie has been a police officer with the department for 30-plus years, and he currently serves as the department’s K-9 officer. Prior to this assignment, McKenzie worked for many years on the evening shift as a patrol officer before becoming a sergeant in 2017.
