TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Zenni Optical, a Nothern California company that sells prescription glasses online, is offering free glasses for those impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
“In the devastating aftermath of Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Zenni is offering free reading glasses and sunglasses to those affected, with no shipping costs,” the company wrote online. “If you or someone you know is in need, please submit your information so we can help.”
The company said each order will contain a package of three pairs of reading glasses and one pair of “stylish” sunglasses.
The glasses will be chosen based on submitted information regarding gender preference as well as reading magnification needs.
The donations only apply to those in states affected by the hurricanes, specifically North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Virginia, and based on available inventory on a first-come, first-serve basis.
You can submit for a donation at Zenni’s website .
