SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) is alerting SNAP participants about an increase in theft related to skimming and cloning of EBT cards. According to the agency, many Missouri residents have reported their benefits being stolen, with most incidents occurring in stores outside the state.
