Roanoke man wins $1M lottery ticket during stop for an energy drink
On Monday, Virginia State Lottery Officials presented a check for $10,000 to the 604 Market & Deli on 5981 Cloverdale Road.
The Roanoke store sold a winning $1 million lottery scratch-off ticket top prize to a Virginia man.
