LAKEWOOD, Colo. (KKTV) – The U. S. Forest Service announced its plan to hire 200 people to help fight fires next year. These would be temporary, seasonal positions for the 2025 year. The USFS said these positions would be throughout national forests and grasslands in Colorado, Kansas, South Dakota and Wyoming.
