FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) – Driving through the Westhaven neighborhood in Williamson County, you’d notice most of the homes go all out for Halloween. Neighbors never expected their holiday spirit would turn into a target for vandals, who they say damaged decorations and smashed people’s windows with their neighbor’s pumpkins early Sunday morning.
