KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Bonner Springs man is behind Kansas City bars after he attacked a retired police sergeant while under the influence of alcohol. Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records indicate that on Thursday, Oct. 17, Demetrius Foster, 51, of Bonner Springs, Kansas, was charged in connection with the attack of a retired Overland Park Police Sergeant.
