PHILADELPHIA – The girls of the Vare Gymnastics team had a lot more bounce in their roundoffs Monday night. That’s because the South Philadelphia gym where they are practicing and all the equipment is brand new. Every mat, vault, beam and bar. Something this inner city gymnastics team never had before in it’s 27-year history.
