TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Elder Care Services unveiled plans for a bigger, better kitchen during its Oktoberfest fundraiser this weekend. Elder Care Services currently cooks, packs and distributes meals to more than 250 seniors a day as part of the Meals on Wheels program. Renovations to its building on West Tennessee Street mean hundreds more could soon be getting a knock on the door.
