Man faces charges after allegedly threatening to kill PA political party rep.

A Philadelphia man is facing federal charges Monday night after allegedly threatening to kill a state political party representative. JET 24/FOX 66 reporters have confirmed the victim is from Erie County.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 62-year-old John Pollard sent the victim a text stating he wanted to volunteer.

But investigators said the following messages were anything but pleasant, with one saying he was going to skin the victim alive.

This case is part of the DOJ’s Election Threats Task Force, which handles threats of violence against election workers.
