OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) – Many people who face limited hygiene accessibility have only one outfit suitable for important situations like job interviews or special appearances. For the last six years, the Junior League of Owensboro has hosted the Little Black Dress Initiative to shed light on hygiene insecurity and poverty within the community.
