SURPRISE, Ariz. – A domestic violence suspect is facing several felony charges after he allegedly waited outside a Surprise residence and assaulted a woman, police say. Police officers were dispatched Saturday morning to a residence near Dysart and Greenway roads after a neighbor reported seeing a man grab a woman by her hair and drag her inside the home.
