SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – Shreveport City Council members want to require the mayor to get their approval before accepting the donation of anything on behalf of the city. That change in city law is up for consideration during the City Council’s administrative conference which began at 3 p.m. Monday (Oct. 21).
