No charges are being filed after an 8-year-old boy died three months after he and another child were found in critical condition in a Dauphin County pool in July. Susquehanna Township police concluded the criminal investigation of the July 31 incident after finding no wrongdoing. The Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office also assisted in the investigation, police said.
