JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Despite the owner’s efforts to board it up, Jackson is still planning to tear down Hotel O. That was the word from Mayor Chokwe Antar Lumumba on Monday, who addressed owner Noah Muthana’s efforts to secure the defunct site weeks after the city council voted to move forward with tearing it down.
