LUBBOCK, Texas — Jimenez Tortilleria y Taqueria in Lubbock was mentioned in Texas Monthly’s “The 50 Best Tacos in Texas.”
Jimenez Tortilleria was the only Lubbock taco spot mentioned in the story.
Texas Monthly highlighted the Three Amigos plate.

The restaurant expressed gratitude for the mention. On social media , the restaurant wrote it aims to provide the community with the best product it can, crediting early morning and late nights to the outcome of its product.
