ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – Two potential developments took center stage at Tuesday night’s city council meeting. The rezoning for a new proposed coffee shop in Southwest Roanoke received the “go ahead” from city council members after the Roanoke Planning Commission approved the new development on October 15th.
