COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) – A man is set to be arraigned in court on Tuesday on charges of aggravated robbery following an incident last week. Court documents reveal that an employee at the Beechcroft News Stand on East Dublin Granville Road witnessed 20-year-old Eli Pennington take an item from a cooler and place it in his pocket.
