Authorities have released the name of a man who was found shot to death in the middle of the street in a south Birmingham neighborhood over the weekend. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office on Tuesday identified the victim as Jordan Immanuel Davis. He was 30 and lived in Birmingham.
