Fourth suspect charged in fatal shooting that Green Bay police say began as drug deal robbery

GREEN BAY – A fourth suspect has been charged in the August fatal shooting of 21-year-old Brandon Ramirez.

Nigel White, 22, of Green Bay is the fourth suspect to be charged in the case. Elijah White, 18, Dion Richardson, 18, and Darian Pinchart, 18, were each charged earlier this month .

All four men have been charged with first-degree intentional homicide with a dangerous weapon, as party to a crime. Nigel White and Pinchart were also charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Nigel White is facing an additional two felony charges and two misdemeanors charges for bail jumping. According to court records, he currently has four open cases in Brown County. White was out on bail with the condition that he didn’t commit any new crimes. Prosecutors said that bond was in effect at the time of the incident.

Ramirez died from a gunshot wound to the head on Aug. 9 , two days after police received a report that he was dropped off at the hospital with the injury. Criminal complaints indicate the shooting stemmed from a drug-deal-turned-attempted robbery in the 1200 block of Berner Street.
