INDIANAPOLIS – IMPD arrested two teen armed carjacking and robbery suspects after a police chase ended in a crash Sunday night in Indianapolis. The incident was reported around 10:30 p.m. Oct. 20 in the 1500 block of North Alabama Street, just south of East 16th Street on Indy’s near north side.
